摘　　要：创新创业是推动一个国家或地区科技创新发展的主要动力,一个健全的创业生态系统能够为初创企业提供一个有利于发挥科技创新能力的环境。以研究机构Startup Genome发布的《全球创业生态系统报告2024》(The Global Startup Ecosystem Report 2024,GSER 2024)为依据,选取硅谷、纽约、伦敦、特拉维夫和新加坡作为研究对象,通过分析其典型做法和成功经验,总结其在金融支持、创新网络构建和人才引育等方面的创新做法。在结合中国经验的基础上,提出一系列旨在促进中国创业生态系统建设和发展的建议:增强对初创企业的支持力度,在科技企业集中的地区建立网络合作机制,以及创新高质量科技人才吸引力计划。Innovation and entrepreneurship is the main driving force for the development of science,technology and innovation in a country or region,and a sound startup ecosystem can provide an environment conducive to the development of science,technology and innovation capabilities for startups.Based on the report‘The Global Startup Ecosystem Report 2024’published by the research institute Startup Genome as an example,this paper selects Silicon Valley,New York,London,Tel Aviv and Singapore as the research targets,and summaries their innovative practices in terms of financial support,innovation network construction and talent attraction by analyzing their typical practices and successful experiences.Based on China’s experience,it puts forward a series of recommendations aimed at promoting the construction and development of China’s entrepreneurial ecosystem:enhanced support for startups,establishment of network cooperation mechanisms in regions with a high concentration of tech firms,innovative high-quality tech talent attraction programs.
