摘　　要：在我国轨道交通快速高质发展下,既有轨道交通与新建轨道交通衔接的接触网更新改造施工越来越多,轨道交通的衔接的道岔区域一般都使用硬横梁对接触网进行支撑,因此硬横梁在整个轨道交通接触网体系中起到至关重要的作用。以往的硬横梁一般是在施工现场根据硬横梁安装处的基座确定硬横梁的长度后再进行材料计算提报并送达厂家开始生产。整个硬横梁的制作周期较为漫长,尤其是在既有线路天窗施工中又更大地增加施工工期成本。对此,本文提供一种接触网硬横梁测量方案和装置,以解决工序漫长的问题。方案中涉及一种接触网硬横梁测量装置通过施工平面布置图纸,对轨道交通接触网所需要的硬横梁尺寸进行计算,计算后提前进行材料提报并提前进行生产加工,在施工时直接对硬横梁进行安装,缩短工期并节省工期成本,提高工作效率。With the rapid and high-quality development of China's rail transit,there are more and more updates and renovations of the contact network connecting existing rail transit and new rail transit.The switch area of the rail transit connection generally uses hard crossbeams to support the contact network.Therefore,hard crossbeams play a crucial role in the entire rail transit contact network system.In the past,the length of the hard crossbeam was generally determined on the construction site based on the base where the hard crossbeam was installed,and then the material was calculated and submitted to the manufacturer for production.The production cycle of the entire hard crossbeam is relatively long,especially in the construction of existing line skylights,which further increases the construction period cost.This article provides a measurement scheme and device for the hard crossbeam of the overhead contact system to solve the problem of lengthy processes.The plan involves a measuring device for the hard crossbeam of the overhead contact system,which calculates the required size of the hard crossbeam for the rail transit overhead contact system through the construction plan layout drawing.After calculation,materials are submitted in advance and production processing is carried out in advance.During construction,the hard crossbeam is directly installed to shorten the construction period,save construction costs,and improve work efficiency.
