工作人员应急行为对地铁车站乘客疏散的影响分析

摘  要:为研究工作人员应急行为因素对地铁车站疏散时间的影响,提升疏散效率,通过问卷调查方法,分析个体特征与应急行为因素的关系;运用正交设计方法,选择引导行为、帮助弱势人群、维护现场秩序、发现与响应4个影响因素,设计不同水平的8种疏散方案,使用Pathfinder软件进行模拟仿真,采用极差法和方差法分析影响因素对疏散时间的影响。结果表明:引导行为、发现与响应、维护现场秩序、帮助弱势人群对疏散时间的影响依次减弱,这4个因素对应急疏散时间存在显著影响。最优水平组合为采用高水平引导行为、高水平帮助弱势人群、高水平维护现场秩序、高水平发现与响应策略,以最小化疏散时间。根据以上结论提出管理策略建议。In order to study the influence of emergency behavior factors on the evacuation time of subway stations and improve the evacuation efficiency,the relationship between individual characteristics and emergency behavior factors was analyzed through the questionnaire survey method.Using the orthogonal design method,four influencing factors were selected,including guiding behavior,helping vulnerable people,maintaining on-site order,and discovering and responding,8 evacuation schemes at different levels were designed,Pathfinder software was used for simulation,and the range method and variance method were used to analyze the influence of influencing factors on evacuation time.The results showed that the effects of guiding behavior,detection and response,maintaining on-site order,and helping vulnerable people on evacuation time decreased sequentially,and these four factors had a significant impact on emergency evacuation time.The optimal combination of levels is to adopt high-level guidance behaviors,high-level help for vulnerable people,high-level maintenance of on-site order,and high-level detection and response strategies to minimize evacuation time.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions on management strategies are proposed.
