摘　　要：针对当前广东省驾驶培训学员投诉较多、满意度不高等问题,研究分析广东省2022年学员投诉在依法经营、费用纠纷、培训合同、服务质量和教学质量等方面存在的问题及原因,研究提出要加强部门联合、开展招生宣传和合同治理专项行动,强化线上线下核查、梳理并公示合规驾培机构清单,鼓励探索学费资金监管、加强行业收费管理,严格培训质量监管、督促企业落实培训主体责任等对策建议。In view of the high number of complaints and low satisfaction of driving training trainees in Guangdong Province,the study analyzed the problems and causes of complaints from trainees in Guangdong Province in 2022 in terms of legal management,cost disputes,training contracts,service quality and teaching quality.The study put forward it is necessary to strengthen departmental cooperation,carry out publicize enrollment and contract management special actions.Strengthen online and offline verification,sort out and publicize the list of compliance driving training institutions,encourage exploration of tuition fund supervision,strengthen industry fee management,strictly supervise the quality of training,and urge enterprises to implement the main responsibilities.
