摘　　要：目的:研究维持性血液透析患者肌少症患病情况及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月—2023年9月南阳市第一人民医院收治的83例维持性血液透析患者临床资料,按是否发生肌少症进行分组,分别为患病组和未患病组。收集两组患者的临床资料和疾病相关情况,将单因素分析中差异有统计学意义的影响因素纳入Logistic回归分析,得到影响维持性血液透析患者发生肌少症的相关因素。结果:83例患者中,发生肌少症的患者有18例,患病率为21.69%,其余65例(78.31%)患者未发生肌少症。两组患者在年龄、营养不良发生率、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平方面对比,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。经Logistic回归分析显示,年龄较大、营养不良、hs-CRP水平较高均是影响维持性血液透析患者发生肌少症的因素。结论:维持性血液透析患者发生肌少症的风险较高,通常受年龄、营养不良、hs-CRP水平等因素的影响,对此临床应尽早制订对应的干预措施,以降低肌少症的患病率。Objective:To investigate the prevalence of sarcopenia and its influencing factors in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from 83 MHD patients admitted to The First People’s Hospital of Nanyang City between March 2022 and September 2023.Patients were divided into two groups based on the presence(sarcopenia group,n=18)or absence(non-sarcopenia group,n=65)of sarcopenia.Clinical data and disease-related parameters were collected.Statistically significant variables identified in univariate analysis were further analyzed using multivariate logistic regression to determine independent risk factors for sarcopenia.Results:Among the 83 patients,18(21.69%)were diagnosed with sarcopenia.Significant differences were observed between the two groups in terms of age,malnutrition incidence,and hs-CRP levels(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age,malnutrition,and elevated hs-CRP levels were independent risk factors for sarcopenia in MHD patients.Conclusion:Sarcopenia is prevalent among MHD patients and is strongly associated with advanced age,malnutrition,and elevated hs-CRP levels.Early clinical interventions targeting these factors are recommended to reduce the risk of sarcopenia in this population.
