血CEA/CA199联合检测对胃癌诊断及病理检查的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)检测在胃癌诊断中的应用效果。方法:以2023年1月-12月北京市吴阶平医学病理诊断中心收治的43例胃癌患者作为胃癌组,另选取同期收治的43例良性胃病患者、43例健康体检者,分别设为良性胃病组与健康组。所有受试者均接受病理检查与CEA、CA199检测,统计对比三组检测结果。结果:相较于良性胃病组、健康组受试者,胃癌组受试者CEA、CA199水平明显更高(P <0.05),且良性胃病组受试者CEA、CA199水平高于健康组(P <0.05)。与CEA、CA199单项检测相比,联合检测的诊断准确率明显更高(P <0.05)。结论:在胃癌诊断中应用CEA、CA199联合检测,有助于提升诊断准确率,为诊疗工作提供有力支持,应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 43 gastric cancer patients admitted to Wu Jieping Medical PathologyDiagnosis Center in Beijing from January to December 2023 were enrolled as the gastric cancer group.Additionally,43 patients with benign gastric diseases and 43 healthy individuals from the same period were selected as the benign gastric disease group and healthy control group,respectively.All participants underwent pathological examination and serum CEA/CA199 testing.The detection results were statistically compared among the three groups.Results:Serum CEA and CA199 levels in the gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those in both the benign gastric disease group and healthy control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the benign gastric disease group exhibited elevated CEA and CA199 levels compared to the healthy controls(P<0.05).The combined detection of CEA and CA199 demonstrated significantly higher diagnostic accuracy than individual biomarker testing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of CEA and CA199 testing improves diagnostic accuracy for gastric cancer,provides robust support for clinical decision-making,and exhibits substantial clinical utility.
