摘　　要：目的:调查分析人类白细胞抗原-C(HLA-C)基因多态性与代谢综合征(MS)患者银屑病易感性的相关性。方法:选取2023年5月-2024年5月在山西省汾阳医院诊治的MS患者500例为MS组,同期在该医院进行体检的健康人群500例为对照组。对两组进行血清HLA-C基因多态性与HLA含量检测,判定银屑病发生情况,分析HLA-C基因多态性与银屑病的相关性。结果:MS组的血清HLA含量和银屑病发病率均高于对照组(P <0.05);MS组中HLA-C★06:02位点GG型患者占比高于对照组(P <0.05),GA型、AA型患者占比低于对照组(P <0.05);Spearsman分析结果显示,HLA-C★06:02位点GG型、血清HLA含量都与银屑病易感性呈正相关(P <0.05)。结论:MS患者存在血清HLA高表达和银屑病发病率高的情况,HLA-C06:02位点GG型、血清HLA含量都与MS患者银屑病易感性存在相关性。Objective:To investigate the correlation between HLA-C gene polymorphism and psoriasis susceptibility in patients with metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods:A total of 500 MS patients diagnosed and treated at Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the MS group,and 500 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations during the same period served as the control group.Serum human leukocyte antigen-C(HLA-C)gene polymorphism and HLA-C levels were detected in both groups.The incidence of psoriasis was assessed,and the correlation between HLA-C gene polymorphism and psoriasis susceptibility was analyzed.Results:Serum HLA-C levels and psoriasis incidence were significantly higher in the MS group than in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of HLA-C*06:02 GG genotype carriers was higher in the MS group,while the proportions of GA and AA genotypes were lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).Spearman’s correlation analysis revealed that the HLA-C*06:02 GG genotype and elevated serum HLA-C levels were positively correlated with psoriasis susceptibility(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with metabolic syndrome exhibit high serum HLA-C expression and an increased incidence of psoriasis.Both the HLA-C*06:02 GG genotype and elevated serum HLA-C levels are correlated with psoriasis susceptibility in MS patients.
