少腹逐瘀汤联合孕三烯酮胶囊对子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对circPIP5K1A、miR-124-3p水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨少腹逐瘀汤联合孕三烯酮胶囊对子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对circPIP5K1A、miR-124-3p水平的影响。方法:研究对象为2022年1月-2024年10月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院收治的75例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分组,分为对照组(35例)和观察组(40例)。对照组口服孕三烯酮胶囊,观察组在口服孕三烯酮胶囊基础上增加少腹逐瘀汤口服,对比两组患者临床疗效、性激素水平、circPIP5K1A及miR-124-3p等水平。结果:观察组治疗效果比对照组优(P <0.05);复发率低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者性激素水平和子宫内膜厚度均降低,且观察组更显著(P <0.05);治疗后两组患者circPIP5K1A水平均升高,miR-124-3p水平均降低,观察组的升高/降低趋势更显著(P <0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤联合孕三烯酮胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症效果显著,且远期复发率低,同时可改善性激素水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,改善血清circPIP5K1A、miR-124-3p水平。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with gestrinone capsules in endometriosis and their effects on circPIP5K1A and miR-124-3p levels.Methods:Seventy-five endometriosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(35 cases,oral gestrinone capsules)and an observation group(40 cases,additional Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction).Clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,circPIP5K1A,and miR-124-3p levels were compared.Results:The observation group demonstrated superior therapeutic efficacy compared to the control group,with lower recurrence rates(P<0.05).Post-treatment sex hormone levels and endometrial thickness decreased in both groups,with more significant reductions in the observation group(P<0.05).circPIP5K1A levels increased and miR-124-3p levels decreased in both groups post-treatment,with more pronounced changes in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction and gestrinone capsules significantly improves clinical outcomes in endometriosis,reduces long-term recurrence rates,normalizes sex hormone profiles,decreases endometrial thickness,and modulates serum circPIP5K1A and miR-124-3p levels.
