无缝连接式护理模式在输尿管结石微创手术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察无缝连接式护理模式在输尿管结石微创手术中的应用效果。方法:将在福建省厦门市海沧医院接受输尿管结石微创手术的患者60例(收治时间为2022年6月-2023年12月)作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予无缝连接式护理。对比两组应激指标、并发症发生率以及术后康复情况。结果:护理后,研究组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平明显高于对照组,而丙二醇(MDA)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者在术后护理过程中,仅有1例发生并发症(3.33%),少于对照组的8例(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组术后尿管留置、下床活动、住院时间更短,而术后3 h疼痛评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在输尿管结石微创手术期间实施无缝连接式护理模式,可显著降低患者应激相关指标,减少并发症的发生,并缩短患者术后尿管留置、下床活动及住院时间,减轻术后疼痛感,效果理想。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of a seamlessly connected nursing model in perioperative care for patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent minimally invasive ureteral calculi surgery at Xiamen Haicang Hospital(June 2022–December 2023)were enrolled and randomly allocated to either the control group(n=30,routine nursing)or the study group(n=30,seamlessly connected nursing).Comparative analyses included stress biomarkers(SOD and MDA levels),complication rates,and postoperative recovery parameters.Results:Post-intervention,the study group exhibited significantly higher SOD levels(P<0.05)and lower MDA levels(P<0.05)compared to the control group.The complication rate in the study group was 3.33%(1/30),markedly lower than the 26.67%(8/30)observed in controls(P<0.05).Additionally,the study group demonstrated shorter durations of urinary catheter retention(P<0.05),earlier postoperative ambulation(P<0.05),reduced hospitalization stay(P<0.05),and lower pain scores at 3 hours post-surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of the seamlessly connected nursing model effectively mitigates surgical stress responses,decreases complication risks,and accelerates postoperative recovery in patients undergoing minimally invasive ureteral calculi surgery.
