基于循证护理的集束化干预对预防甲状腺手术体位综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察基于循证护理的集束化干预对预防甲状腺手术体位综合征的效果。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院于2023年1月至10月收治的以甲状腺疾病为诊断拟行择期手术治疗的患者110例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各55例,其中接受常规护理干预的为对照组,接受基于循证护理集束化干预的为研究组。比较两组的生活质量、甲状腺手术体位综合征发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预后两组健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)各维度评分较干预前均有所提升,其中研究组提升更明显(P<0.05)。研究组甲状腺手术体位综合征发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于循证护理的集束化干预可明显减轻手术对患者生活质量的影响,预防甲状腺手术体位综合征的发生,提高护理满意度。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of evidence-based nursing bundled interventions in preventing thyroid surgery position syndrome.Methods:A total of 110 patients diagnosed with thyroid diseases and scheduled for elective surgery at The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to October 2023 were enrolled.Participants were randomly divided into two groups(n=55 each)using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group underwent evidence-based nursing bundled interventions.Quality of life(QoL),incidence of thyroid surgery position syndrome,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the groups.Results:Post-intervention,both groups showed improved scores across all dimensions of the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),with significantly greater improvements observed in the study group(P<0.05).The study group demonstrated a lower incidence of thyroid surgery position syndrome and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing bundled interventions can effectively mitigate the impact of surgery on patients'QoL,prevent thyroid surgery position syndrome,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
