摘 要:东北菜豆因其营养丰富、味道鲜美而备受人们喜爱.然而,传统种植过程中广泛使用化肥,导致土壤污染问题日益严重.为了减少化肥依赖,减轻对环境的负担,研制微生物菌肥成为解决方案.这不仅有助于改善土壤环境,还能促进农业可持续发展.筛选了5种根际促生菌(PGPR),分别为FG2,FG5,FG8,FG11,FG17,通过沿根注入的方法对菜豆进行促生长实验.对比5株根际促生菌在生理、形态及根系三方面对菜豆的促进作用.结果显示,与对照组相比,FG8菌株显著提高了菜豆的叶绿素质量分数(37.00%)、SOD酶活性(22.80%)、上鲜质量(57.53%)、上干质量(91.35%)、下鲜质量(73.94%)、茎粗(16.38%)、株高(50.15%)、根系长度(41.18%)、根系表面积(51.67%)、根系体积(55.74%)和根系分叉数(55.49%).FG11菌株显著增加了菜豆的下干质量(98.04%),FG5菌株显著提升了POD酶活性(176.96%)和根尖数(45.22%),FG2菌株提高了CAT酶活性(113.23%).综合分析得出,FG8和FG11菌株在微生物菌肥生产中展现出较好的应用前景.Northeast bean is very popular because of its rich nutrition and delicious taste.However,the extensive use of chemical fertilizers in traditional farming has led to a growing problem of soil pollution.In order to reduce fertilizer dependence and reduce the burden on the environment,the development of microbial fertilizer has become a solution,which not only helps to improve the soil environment,but also promote sustainable development of agriculture.Five rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria,FG2,FG5,FG8,FG11 and FG17,were screened to promote the growth of bean seedlings by the method of root injection.The effects of five rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria on the physiology,morphology and root system of bean were compared in the experiment.The results showed that compared with the control group,FG8 strains significantly increased chlorophyll content(37.00%),SOD activity(22.80%),upper fresh quality(57.53%),upper dry quality(91.35%),lower fresh quality(73.94%),stem diameter(16.38%),plant height(50.15%),root length(41.18%),root surface area(51.67%),root volume(57.74%)and root bifurcation number(55.49%).FG11 significantly increased the bottom dry quality of beans(98.04%).FG5 significantly increased POD enzyme activity(176.96%)and root tip number(45.22%).FG2 significantly increased CAT enzyme activity(113.23%).The results showed that FG8 and FG11 strains showed good application prospects in the production of microbial fertilizer.
