摘  要:针对制备含铝炸药的混合工序安全风险高的问题,提出采用危险可操作性分析(hazard and operability,HAZOP)评价方法。结合混合工序中的工艺装置,系统表达HAZOP实际工作过程与使用的方法,并评估不同偏差引起的后果,提出相应的改进措施,降低风险等级。结果表明,该方法可为其他同类型含铝粉的混合工序提供参考。In view of the high safety risk in the mixing process of preparing aluminized explosives,the hazard and operability(HAZOP)evaluation method was adopted.Combined with the process unit in the mixing process,system express the actual working process and the method used of HAZOP,and the consequences caused by different deviations were evaluated,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward to reduce the risk level.The results show that this method can provide a reference for other mixing processes of the same type of aluminum-containing powder.
