摘　　要：作为中华优秀传统文化的重要范畴,儒家民本思想蕴含独特的政治智慧。以马克思主义立场观点方法推动其现代转化,需要系统解析四大观念特征:“天人合一”的宇宙观、“天下为公”的天下观、“民为邦本”的社会观和“为政以德”的道德观。马克思主义民主理论的本质特征是人民当家作主,其主要特征包括民主的历史性和阶级性等,马克思主义运用历史唯物主义方法论,通过对生产力与生产关系矛盾运动的分析,揭示了民主形态的历史演进规律,也揭示出社会主义民主政治所具有的独特价值取向。在新时代民主政治发展的背景下,儒家的民本思想开辟了新的文化诠释维度,同时赋予了该思想理论资源以当代价值。这使得全过程人民民主彰显出中华优秀传统文化的内在精髓及其深厚的文化底蕴。As an important category of Chinese excellent traditional culture,Confucian people-oriented thought contains unique political wisdom.To promote its modern transformation from the standpoint,viewpoints,and methods of Marxism,it is necessary to systematically analyze four major conceptual characteristics:the cosmic outlook of“the unity of heaven and man”,the worldview of“the world as a commonwealth”,the social outlook of“people as the foundation of the state”,and the moral outlook of“governing with virtue”.The essential feature of Marxist democratic theory is that the people are the masters of the country,with its main characteristics including the historicity and class nature of democracy.Marxism employs the methodology of historical materialism to reveal the historical evolution law of democratic forms and reveal the unique value orientation of socialist democratic politics by analyzing the contradictions between productive forces and production relations.Against the backdrop of democratic political development in the new era,Confucian“people-centered”thought has opened up new dimensions of cultural interpretation and endowed this theoretical resource with contemporary value.This has enabled whole-process people’s democracy to showcase the inherent essence and profound cultural heritage of Chinese excellent traditional culture.
