摘 要:伤口的存在会影响患者生活质量及身心健康,也给医疗保健系统带来了巨大的挑战和负担。超声作为一种物理治疗手段,在伤口愈合领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文从伤口的愈合过程、超声的生物学效应、超声促进伤口愈合的作用机制、超声治疗的主要参数、超声在不同类型伤口中的应用价值以及超声协同其它疗法的研究进展等方面进行简要综述,从而为后续研究提供一定的研究思路。The presence of wounds can significantly impact patients'quality of life,as well as their physical and mental well-being,while also posing substantial challenges and burdens to the healthcare system.Ultrasound,as a physical therapy modality,shows promising potential in the field of wound healing.This article offers a concise review of the wound healing process,the biological effects of ultrasound,the mechanisms by which ultrasound promotes wound healing,the key parameters of ultrasound therapy,and its application value across various types of wounds.Additionally,we discuss the research advancements in combining ultrasound with other therapeutic approaches,aiming to provide valuable insights for future studies.
