摘 要:【目的】研究内置加热柱体的多孔介质方腔中流体混合对流换热的特性。【方法】腔体内流动采用Brinkman-Darcy-Forchheimer模型进行描述,运用SIMPLEC算法对普朗特数Pr=7.02的水在内置不同形状加热柱体的多孔介质方腔中混合对流换热特性进行数值研究,加热柱体形状分别为圆形、正方形和三角形,主要分析了Ri数、Ra数、Da数和加热柱体形状对混合对流换热特性的影响。【结果】结果表明,加热柱体表面的Nu数与Ra数的变化呈正相关,而与Ri数和Da数的变化呈负相关;在所研究的多孔介质方腔中,流体在圆形加热柱体的多孔介质腔中表现出最优的流动和换热特性。【结论】研究结果为进一步认识流体在含加热柱体的多孔介质腔中的对流换热问题提供参考。[Purposes]This paper aims to study the mixed convective heat transfer characteristics in a porous cavity with an internal heat cylinder.[Methods]The flow inside the cavity was described using the Brinkman-Darcy-Forchheimer model,and the SIMPLEC algorithm was used to numerically study the characteristics of mixed convective heat transfer of water with Pr=7.02 in a porous cavity with an inner heated cylinder of different shapes.The heat cylinder shapes are circular,square and triangular.The effects of Richardson number,Rayleigh number,Darcy number and heated cylinder shape on mixed convection heat transfer characteristics are mainly analyzed.[Findings]The results show that the Nusselt number on the surface of the heating cylinder is positively correlated with the change of the Rayleigh number,while negatively correlated with the changes of the Richardson number and the Darcy number.In the studied porous medium square cavity,the fluid exhibits the optimal flow and heat transfer characteristics in the porous medium cavity of the circular heating cylinder.[Conclusions]The research results provide reference for further understanding the convective heat transfer of fluids in porous media cavities containing heating cylinder.
