摘 要:【目的】为获取沿海地区钢箱梁的温度分布模式,需要对其日照温度梯度进行研究。【方法】结合深中通道某钢箱梁桥的实测数据,建立钢箱梁的竖向温度梯度曲线和横向温度梯度曲线,同时将钢箱梁温度梯度的计算结果与中国公路桥梁规范和美国规范进行了比较。【结果】研究结果表明,钢箱梁一天的温度变化可分为升温阶段和降温阶段;钢箱梁的竖向最大温差为13℃,对应的温度梯度曲线可由指数函数来表示;横向最大温差为2.25℃,对应的温度梯度曲线可由指数函数来表示;得到的钢箱梁温度梯度变化趋势与中国和美国规范规定的一致,但数值存在一定的差别。【结论】该研究成果能为中国桥梁规范中关于钢箱梁温度梯度的相关规定的优化提供参考。[Purposes]To obtain the temperature distribution pattern of steel box girders in coastal areas,a study of their solar heat temperature fields has been conducted.[Methods]By integrating the actual measured data from a steel box girder bridge in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,vertical and transverse temperature gradient curves for the steel box girder were established.The calculated temperature gradients of steel box girders were compared with those specified in Chinese highway bridge standards and American specifications.[Findings]The study results indicate that the daily temperature variation of the steel box girder can be divided into a heating phase and a cooling phase.The maximum vertical temperature difference in the steel box girder is 13℃.The corresponding temperature gradient curve can be represented by an exponential function.The maximum transverse temperature difference in the steel box girder is 2.25℃.The corresponding temperature gradient curve can be represented by an exponential function.The trends in the temperature gradient variations obtained in this study are consistent with those specified in American and Chinese standards,although there are some differences in numerical values.[Conclusions]The research findings can provide a reference basis for the relevant regulations on temperature gradients of steel box girders in Chinese bridge specifications.
