高排放标准下多点进水AAO+反硝化砂滤池工程应用

摘　　要：【目的】通过分析某污水处理厂提标扩建工程难点,提出三期提标扩建工艺路线,并对主要设计参数、试运行情况进行分析,以期为同类提标扩建工程提供借鉴和参考。【方法】通过摸排分析该厂运行难点及现况处理设施情况,分析该厂技术难点,确定采用多点进水AAO+反硝化连续砂滤池+紫外线消毒法,实现该厂三期工程的达标处理。【结果】经污水处理厂处理后水质能够满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅴ类排放标准,其中出水总氮TN为12 mg/L。【结论】本工程采用“多点进水AAO+反硝化砂滤池”工艺,并对老化锈蚀设备进行更换。提标扩建后的处理工艺运行稳定,满足出水水质要求。[Purposes]Through the analysis of the difficulties in the upgrading and expansion project of a sewage treatment plant,the three-stage upgrading and expansion process route is proposed,and the main design parameters and trial operation are analyzed to provide reference for similar upgrading and expansion projects.[Methods]By investigating and this paper analyzes the operational difficulties and current treatment facilities of the factory,analyzing the technical difficulties of the factory,and it is determined to adopt multi-point influent AAO+denitrification continuous sand filter+ultraviolet disinfection method to achieve the standard treatment of the third phase project of the factory.[Findings]After treatment by the sewage treatment plant,the water quality can meet Class Ⅴ requirements in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002),with a total nitrogen TN of 12 mg/L in the effluent.[Conclusions]This project adopts the process of"multi-point influent AAO+denitrifying sand filter"and replaces the aging and corroded equipment.The upgraded and expanded treatment process operates stably and meets the requirements for effluent quality.
