摘  要:【目的】探讨110 kV变电站中气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)的安装流程与技术,分析其在现代高压变电站中作为核心组件的功能和优势,以及正确安装对变电站稳定运行的重要性。【方法】采用系统分析法和案例研究法,详细记录和评估GIS设备在110 kV变电站中的安装过程,包括设备的运输与准备、空间布局与环境控制、设备搬运与定位、组件装配、电气连接及试运行测试。【结果】结果表明,遵循详细的安装要求可以显著提升GIS设备的安装质量和效率。在安装过程中,技术操作的精确性对设备的性能发挥和长期稳定性至关重要。【结论】GIS设备的正确安装对110 kV变电站的稳定运行至关重要。该研究提供的安装要求不仅有助于优化安装过程,而且为进一步提高变电站运行效率和安全性提供了重要参考。[Purposes]The purpose of this study is to explore the installation process and technology of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)in 110 kV substation,analyze its functions and advantages as a core component in modern high-voltage substation,and the importance of correct installation for the stable operation of the substation.[Methods]The study used the system analysis method and the case study method,in detail to record and evaluate the installation process of GIS equipment in the 110 kV substation.The analysis includes the transportation and preparation of equipment,spatial layout and environmental control,equipment handling and positioning,component assembly,electrical connection and commissioning test.[Findings]The study results indicate that following the detailed installation guidelines can significantly improve the installation quality and efficiency of GIS equipment.During the installation process,the accuracy of the technical operation is critical to the long-term stability and performance of the equipment.[Conclusions]The correct installation of GIS equipment is crucial for the stable operation of 110 kV substation.The implementation guidelines provided by this study not only help to optimize the installation process,but also serve as an important reference to improve the efficiency and safety of substation operation.
