摘 要:【目的】旺岭煤矿回采巷道现有支护方案存在支护材料浪费问题,支护成本偏高且不能满足回采巷道快速掘进的要求,有必要对该煤矿回采巷道锚杆支护方案进行优化研究。【方法】以旺岭煤矿090213工作面运输巷为研究对象,运用现场实测与数值模拟的方法,分析现有支护方案支护效果,结合巷道岩性变化对锚杆(索)支护参数进行优化,并进行成本核算与对比分析。【结果】结果表明,采用优化后的支护方案顶板和巷帮的变形量分别为64 mm和80 mm,较现有方案分别减少10.3%和2.5%,同时090213工作面运输巷支护成本降低了39.31%。【结论】优化支护方案能够较好地控制巷道的变形,降低了支护成本,有利于巷道掘进速度的提高,具有一定的实际意义和工程价值。[Purposes]In view of the existing support scheme of the mining roadway in Wangling Coal Mine,the cost of supporting material waste is high,and it can not meet the problem of rapid excavation of the mining roadway,it is necessary to optimize the bolt support scheme of the coal mine roadway.[Methods]Taking the transportation roadway of 090213 working face in Wangling Coal Mine as the research object,the support effect of the existing support scheme is analyzed by means of field measurement and numerical simulation.The bolt(cable)support parameters are optimized in combination with the lithology change of the roadway,and the cost accounting and comparative analysis are carried out.[Findings]The results show that the deformation of the side and roof of the optimized support scheme is 64 mm and 80 mm respectively,which is 10.3%and 2.5%lower than that of the existing scheme,respectively.At the same time,the support cost of the transportation roadway in 090213 working face is reduced by 39.31%.[Conclusions]The optimized support scheme can better control the deformation of the roadway,reduce the support cost,and is conducive to the improvement of the roadway excavation speed,which has certain practical significance and engineering value.
