摘 要:【目的】为解决钻屑法预测煤与瓦斯突出危险性时指标不连续、准确性依赖人工操作的问题,需要对传统钻屑法的监测方法进行优化。【方法】基于钻机扭矩、转速和钻屑量的理论关系,利用自主研发的监测系统标定钻屑量指标,预测煤与瓦斯突出危险性。依托井下防突钻和无线环网,以LabVIEW为软件平台,开发了一套远程监控软件,能够实时监控和传输钻机的扭矩和转速等关键参数并加以分析。【结果】该系统在淮南某矿进行现场测试,构建钻机扭矩、转速与钻屑量的映射关系,钻屑量监测速率提升至每秒1次。【结论】试验结果表明,该系统具有较高的稳定性和数据采集的准确性,能够有效获得煤与瓦斯的突出特征。[Purposes]In order to solve the problems of discontinuity of indicators and reliance on manual operation for accuracy in predicting the risk of coal and gas protrusion by the drill chip method,the monitoring method of the traditional drill chip method needs to be optimized.[Methods]Based on the theoretical relationship between drilling rig torque,rotational speed and drill cuttings,the self-developed monitoring system is used to calibrate the drill cuttings index and predict the risk of coal and gas protrusion.Relying on the downhole anti-protrusion drilling and wireless ring network and using LabVIEW as the software platform,the monitoring system has developed a set of remote monitoring software,which is capable of real-time monitoring and transmitting key parameters such as torque and rotational speed of the drilling rig and analyzing them.[Findings]The system was tested on-site at a mine in Huainan,constructing a mapping relationship between drilling rig torque,rotational speed and the amount of drill cuttings,and increasing the rate of drill cuttings monitoring to 1 time per second.[Conclusions]The test results show that the system has high stability and accuracy of data acquisition,and can effectively obtain coal and gas protrusion characteristics.
