摘 要:【目的】了解危废处置项目厂区臭气治理不同区域内部无组织转有组织方式方法,以及末端治理措施与效果,为臭气治理提供一种设计思路与方法。【方法】以某实际工程案例展示某危废处置项目厂区臭气治理措施及效果,了解厂区焚烧车间和丙类仓库臭气收集思路与设计要点,同时采用“干式过滤+碱洗+水洗+除雾+活性炭吸附”组合工艺对收集汇集的有组织臭气进行治理。【结果】该危废处置厂的焚烧车间和丙类暂存库产生的臭气经相关设计,内部无组织气流转有组织,收集设计与末端治理工艺设计符合相关环保规范要求。【结论】根据运行效果,该危废处置厂采用前端收集和末端治理相结合的设计,收集效果良好,满足相关规范要求。同时末端治理设施治理效果也满足相关环保规范对应排放指标要求。[Purposes]This article aims to provide a design approach and method for odor treatment in the plant area of hazardous waste disposal projects,exploring ways to transition from unorganized to organized management within different areas,as well as the end-of-pipe treatment measures and their effectiveness.[Methods]This article presents the odor control measures and their effectiveness in a hazardous waste disposal project plant through a practical engineering case study.It provides insights into the odor collection strategies and design considerations for the incineration workshop and Class C warehouse within the plant.Additionally,a combined process of"dry filtration+alkaline washing+water washing+mist elimination+activated carbon adsorption"is employed to treat the collected and organized odorous gases.[Findings]The odor emitted from the incineration workshop and Class C temporary storage warehouse of the hazardous waste disposal plant has been designed to convert the internal unorganized airflow into organized airflow,with the collection design and the end-treatment process design complying with relevant environmental protection norms and standards.[Conclusions]Based on the operational results,the hazardous waste disposal plant adopts a design that combines front-end collection with end-of-pipe treatment,achieving good collection efficiency and meeting the relevant regulatory requirements.At the same time,the treatment effect of the end-of-pipe treatment facilities also meets the corresponding emission standards stipulated in the relevant environmental protection regulations.
