茶园开沟施肥机施肥覆土装置的研制

摘　　要：文章研制了一种适用山地和丘陵地区茶园的开沟施肥机施肥覆土装置,在满足茶园施肥农艺要求下,从肥箱容量、施肥量调节、防堵和覆土等几个方面对其施肥效果进行分析与试验验证,试验结果表明:该装置施肥量可调、可破除结拱、施肥深度不小于15 cm、覆土平整。配套了该装置的茶园开沟施肥机可实现茶园机械化开沟深施有机肥,可节约成本,在改善茶园生态环境的同时增产增效。This article develops a fertilizing and soil covering device for a trenching and fertilizer applicator which is suitable for tea gardens in mountainous and hilly areas.In order to meet the agronomic requirements of fertilization in tea gardens,the fertil-ization effects are analyzed and verified from several aspects,including the fertilizer box capacity,fertilizer amount regulation,an-ti-blocking and soil covering.The test results show that the fertilizer amount of the device can be adjusted,the arch can be bro-ken,the fertilization depth is not less than 15 cm,and the soil covering is flat,the tea garden trenching fertilizer applicator equipped with the device can realize mechanized trenching and deep application of organic fertilizer,can save the cost and im-prove the ecological environment of the tea garden while increasing production and efficiency.
