摘　　要：文章采用有限元的方法对在用液化石油气球罐的缺陷进行了合于使用评价,评定结果显示该埋藏缺陷在设计工况条件下安全,符合“合于使用原则”。为进一步保证设备的安全,考虑了裂纹可能发生的扩展情况,给出扩展量预估评价,认为裂纹高度扩展至接近10 mm时应及时进行处理。The article employs the finite element method to conduct a fitness-for-use assessment of defects in a service lique-fied petroleum gas spherical tank.The evaluation results indicate that the embedded defects are safe under the design conditions and comply with the"fitness-for-use principle".To further ensure the safety of the equipment,potential crack propagation scenari-os are considered,and an estimated evaluation of the extension is provided.It is believed that timely action should be taken when the crack height extends close to 10 mm.
