摘  要:为了解决航空制造过程中顶层工艺技术文件来源多、类型多、机型多、工艺路线规划过度依赖工艺员技术水平等问题,满足适应范围更广的工艺路线生成方法,以流程模型和工艺路线知识图谱为研究对象,提出构建一种系统化的大型无人机(unmanned aerial vehicles,UAVs)机加工艺路线流程知识图谱,并基于约束满足问题(constraint satisfaction problem,CPS)模型进行工艺路线规划。通过“工序”“工序组”“模块”“路线组”及相关规则等元素,构建了一个流程知识图谱。基于工艺特征筛选,建立了一个基于子图同构的约束满足问题模型,并采用回溯算法求解,实现工艺路线的推荐。以30CrMnSiA材料的零件加工为例进行了验证。To address the issues arising from the diverse sources,types,and models of technical documents in aerospace manufacturing,as well as the over-reliance on the expertise of process engineers in process route planning,a method for generating process routes with a broader adaptability is proposed.This method focuses on the process model and the process route knowledge graph.A systematic knowledge graph of machining process routes for large unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)is constructed,and process route planning is carried out based on the constraint satisfaction problem(CSP)model.A process knowledge graph is built using elements such as“operation”“operation group”“module”“route group”,and related rules.Based on process feature selection,a CSP model is established using subgraph isomorphism,and a backtracking algorithm is employed for solving the problem.The proposed method enables the recommendation of process routes.An instance is provided for the machining of a 30CrMnSiA material part to validate the model.
