摘  要:近年来随着风力发电机组装机容量的快速增长、电动变浆系统应用不断增大,风电机组由于电动变浆系统异常导致超速的设备事件屡有发生,严重威胁风电机组安全运行。为此,在国内研究人员对电动变浆风电机组超速案例分析研究基础上,结合现场运行经验,分析了风电机组交直流电动变浆系统特点以及引起超速的原因,并拟定了防范措施,将理论分析与现场运维有效进行了融合,有较强实践指导意义。In recent years,the installed capacity of wind turbines has grown rapidly,and the application of electric variable pitch systems in these units has also been increasing.Equipment incidents of overspeed caused by abnormal electric variable pitch systems have repeatedly occurred,posing a serious threat to the safe operation of wind turbines.Based on relevant materials and the case analysis of overspeed in the electric variable pitch system of wind turbines by domestic researchers,combined with on-site operating experience,the characteristics of the AC/DC electric variable pitch systems of wind turbines and the causes of overspeed were detailly sorted out.The preventive measures were systematically analyzed and summarized,and the theoretical analysis was effectively integrated with on-site operation and maintenance,which had strong practical guidance significance.
