摘　　要：猪细小病毒感染(PPI)是一种由猪细小病毒(PPV)引起的猪繁殖障碍的病毒性传染病,呈季节性流行,以春、夏产仔季多发;PPV对各个年龄段的猪群都易感,特别是母猪与仔猪,能与猪圆环病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒等混合感染;还存在病毒变异,毒株致病力增强的风险,对全世界的养猪业构成巨大威胁,造成巨大经济损失。随着我国养猪业集约化、规模化发展,PPI的发病率呈现上升趋势,给我国PPV防控与净化工作带来严峻挑战。目前,PPI尚无特效治疗方法,临床上主要通过接种疫苗预防感染,但预防效果并不理想,影响了养猪业的健康发展。基于此,论文对调控猪细小病毒感染及复制的各类因素进行综述,以期为开发高效的新型药物或疫苗提供参考。Porcine parvovirus infection(PPI)is a seasonal viral infectious disease caused by porcine parvovirus(PPV)infection,primarily occurring in spring and summer.PPV can infect pigs of all ages,with higher susceptibility observed in sows and piglets.Co-infections with Porcine circovirus,and Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus are also common.Moreover,there is a potential risk of viral mutation leading to enhanced pathogenicity strains,posing significant threats to the global swine industry and resulting in substantial economic losses.Along with the intensive and large-scale development of China's swine industry,the incidence of PPI is increasing rapidly,presenting serious challenges for PPV prevention and control in China.At present,there is no specific treatment for PPI,and the infection is mainly prevented by vaccination,but the prevention effect is not ideal,which affects the healthy development of pig industry.Based on this,the factors regulating porcine parvovirus infection and replication were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the development of efficient new drugs or vaccines.
