摘  要:人工授精和胚胎移植是牛繁殖管理中广泛使用的辅助繁殖技术。人工授精和胚胎移植过程中导致的前列腺素异常分泌会影响牛早期胚胎存活,显著降低妊娠率。非甾体抗炎药能够抑制环氧化酶,阻断花生四烯酸向前列腺素转化,降低前列腺素分泌,发挥抗黄体溶解作用。使用非甾体抗炎药能够增加人工授精和胚胎移植后的牛早期胚胎存活,提高妊娠率。论文总结了常用非甾体抗炎药在牛人工授精和胚胎移植中的应用,以期为提高牛繁殖效率提供参考。Assisted reproductive techniques,such as artificial insemination and embryo transfer have been used widely in cattle reproduction.Abnormal secretion of prostaglandins resulting from artificial insemination and embryo transfer processes affects early embryo survival and reduces significantly pregnancy rates in cattle.The antiluteolytic effect of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)acts by inhibiting cyclooxygenase,which is involved in the conversion of arachidonic acid to prostaglandin.The use of NSAIDs increases early embryo survival and pregnancy rates in cattle after artificial insemination and embryo transfer.This article summarizes the applications of main NSAIDs in artificial insemination and embryo transfer in order to improving the reproduction efficiency of cattle.
