摘 要:大肠杆菌病是危害鸽养殖业的重要细菌性传染病,然而相关的流行及耐药数据却相对较少。为研究湖北省鸽场大肠埃希氏菌的流行及耐药情况,采集了肉鸽屠宰后的肝、脾、肠内容物等285份,经伊红美蓝琼脂培养基分离培养,通过PCR鉴定,分离到了199株鸽源大肠埃希氏菌,分离率为69.82%。经过双重PCR扩增对菌株进行系统进化群鉴定,筛选出高致病群菌株60株(B2群34株,D群26株),占分离株的30.15%。采用药敏纸片法对60株高致病群菌株进行了12种抗菌药物的耐药性分析,结果表明,这些菌株对林可霉素、氟苯尼考、四环素、氨苄西林、红霉素和甲氧苄氨嘧啶的耐药率高于95%,而对大观霉素、替加环素、头孢噻肟、环丙沙星、多黏菌素B和美罗培南等较为敏感。所有菌株均耐3种以上的抗菌药物,最多可耐9种抗菌药物,其中51.67%的菌株耐6种抗菌药物,占比最多。研究结果可为湖北省鸽场大肠杆菌病的预防与合理用药提供科学数据。Colibacillosis is an important bacterial infectious disease affecting pigeon breeding industry.However,t here are relatively few data on the prevalence state and drug resistance of Escherichia coli.In order to study the prevalence state and drug resistance of Escherichia coli in pigeon farms in Hubei province,285 samples of liver,spleen and intestinal content were collected after slaughter of meat pigeons.The pathogens in samples were isolated by eosin methylene blue agar medium and identified by PCR.199 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from pigeons,with an isolation rate of 69.82%.The phylogenetic groups of the strains were identified by duplex PCR,and 60 strains were highly pathogenic(34 strains in group B2 and 26 strains in group D),accounting for 30.15%of the isolates.The drug resistances of 60 strains of high pathogenic group to 12 antimicrobials were analyzed by drug susceptibility disk method.The results showed that the resistance rate of these strains to lincomycin,florfenicol,tetracycline,ampicillin,erythromycin and trimethoprim was higher than 95%,but they were sensitive to spectinomycin,tigecycline,cefotaxime,ciprofloxacin,polymyxin B and meropenem.All the strains were resistant to more than 3 antimicrobials,and up to 9 antimicrobials,of which 51.67%were resistant to 6 antimicrobials,accounting for the largest proportion.This study can provide scientific data for the prevention and rational drug use of Escherichia coli in pigeon farms of Hubei province.
