空间异质性视角下金融发展对绿色储蓄率的影响研究——基于地理加权回归模型

摘　　要：环境污染、资源枯竭日益加剧的背景下,绿色国民财富积累成为重要内容,研究金融发展对绿色储蓄率的空间异质作用对促进绿色国民财富的有效积累具有重要意义。本文选取我国2022年省域数据,在国民储蓄率基础上考虑生态环境、能源资源消耗等因素,以全面衡量区域经济发展质量、可持续发展能力,并采用GWR模型对金融发展和绿色储蓄率空间关系进行检验。研究结果表明:①2022年我国绿色储蓄率由东北向西南方向呈现四阶梯递减趋势,具有较强的空间级差效应;②金融发展对京津冀地区、东北地区及西部地区绿色储蓄率的推动力显著高于中部及东部沿海地区;③经济发展速度、通货膨胀严重制约绿色储蓄率的上升。因此,我国要构建绿色财富积累的空间网络体系,采取以效率提升为主的绿色储蓄发展模式,加强绿色储蓄积累与区域经济发展水平的良性互动。Against the backdrop of increasingly severe environmental pollution and resource depletion,the accumulation of green national wealth has become an important content.Studying the spatial heterogeneity of financial development on green savings rate is of great significance for promoting the effective accumulation of green national wealth.This paper selects provincial data from China in 2022 and considers factors such as ecological environment and energy resource consumption based on the national savings rate to comprehensively measure the quality and sustainable development capacity of regional economic development.The GWR model is used to test the spatial relationship between financial development and green savings rate.The research results indicate that:firstly,in 2022,China's green savings rate will show a four step decreasing trend from northeast to southwest,with a strong spatial differential effect;secondly,the driving force of financial development on the green savings rate in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,Northeast region,and western region is significantly higher than that in the central and eastern coastal regions;thirdly,the speed of economic development and severe inflation constrain the increase of green savings rate.Therefore,China needs to build a spatial network system for accumulating green wealth,adopt a green savings development model that focuses on efficiency improvement,and strengthen the positive interaction between green savings accumulation and regional economic development level.
