摘 要:【目的】在雷击火干扰背景下,以兴安落叶松林凋落物为研究对象,分析其可溶性有机质(DOM)组成成分及结构的恢复动态,旨在探究雷击火干扰后森林凋落物的恢复进程及生态系统影响。【方法】将凋落物分为未分解层和半分解层,对不同恢复时间、海拔以及坡度下凋落物有机质中的可溶性有机碳(DOC)、可溶性有机氮(DON)及光谱特征(SUVA_(254)、SUVA_(260)、SUVA_(272)、SUVA_(280)、HIX_(b)、FI、BIX)进行分析。【结果】未分解层中,恢复时间与DON及部分光谱特征呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与BIX呈显著负相关(P<0.05),坡度与DON及部分光谱特征呈负相关(P<0.05),与BIX呈正相关(P<0.05),海拔与部分光谱特征呈负相关(P<0.05),与BIX呈正相关(P<0.05);半分解层中,恢复时间与DOC呈正相关(P<0.05),与部分光谱特征呈负相关(P<0.05),海拔和坡度都与部分光谱特征呈负相关(P<0.05)。未分解层的DOC、DON在恢复过程中始终高于半分解层,半分解层中的BIX始终高于未分解层。【结论】1)雷击火恢复时间、海拔、坡度均显著影响兴安落叶松凋落物DOM的含量、组成成分、特征。2)未分解层和半分解层的DOM组成成分及特征不同,对雷击火干扰响应存在差异,不同分解层的DOM特征的变化趋势也不同。【Objective】Under the background of lightning fire disturbance,the recovery dynamics of dissolved organic matter composition and structure were analyzed in Xing’an larch forest with litter as the research object,aiming to investigate the recovery process and ecosystem impacts of forest litter after lightning fire disturbance.【Method】The litter was divided into undecomposed and semi-decomposed layers,and dissolved organic carbon,dissolved organic nitrogen,and spectral characteristics (SUVA_(254),SUVA_(260),SUVA_(272),SUVA_(280),HIX_b,FI and BIX) were analyzed in the organic matter in litter at different recovery time,elevation and slope.【Result】In the undecomposed layer,the recovery time was significantly positively correlated with DON and some spectral characteristics (P<0.05),and significantly negatively correlated with BIX (P<0.05).The slope was negatively correlated with DONand some spectral characteristics (P<0.05),and positively correlated with BIX (P<0.05).Elevation was negatively correlated with some spectral characteristics (P<0.05) and negatively correlated with BIX (P<0.05).In the semi-decomposed layer,the recovery time was positively correlated with DOC (P<0.05),negatively correlated with some spectral characteristics (P<0.05),and both elevation and slope were negatively correlated with some spectral characteristics (P<0.05).DOC and DON in the undecomposed layer are always higher than those in the semi-decomposed layer during the recovery process,and BIX in the semi-decomposed layer are always higher than those in the undecomposed layer.【Conclusion】1) The content,composition and characteristics of DOM in litter of Larix gmelinii forest were significantly affected by lightning fire recovery time,elevation and slope.2) The DOM components and characteristics of the undecomposed layer and the semi-decomposed layer were different,and the response to lightning interference was different,and the DOM characteristics of different decomposed layers were also different.
