摘 要:【目的】对红松优树半同胞子代家系试验林进行生长性状观测,分析红松家系生长的变异规律,为优良家系的筛选提供参考依据。【方法】以同一造林点38年生红松优树半同胞子代家系为研究对象,通过观测和分析树高、胸径和单株材积,解析红松家系的性状变异特征,并估算遗传参数和育种值,筛选出优良家系。【结果】参试家系的生长性状在家系间、区组间差异均达到显著和极显著水平,且生长性状在家系间存在较为丰富的变异,各性状的表型变异系数变化范围6.66%~29.80%,遗传变异系数变化范围1.60%~11.95%,2类变异系数均以单株材积最高;家系遗传力和单株遗传力的变化范围分别为0.29~0.46和0.07~0.34,单株材积同时具有相对较高的遗传变异系数且受较高的遗传控制;家系的各生长性状间均表现出极显著的表型正相关和遗传正相关,胸径和单株材积的表型相关系数最高(0.98);采用最佳线性无偏估计(BLUP)法进行对育种值进行排序,筛选出22个优良家系,平均树高、胸径和单株材积分别为11.15 m、23.74 cm和0.273 5 m^(3),平均树高、胸径和单株材积分别为11.15 m、23.74 cm和0.273 5 m^(3),分别高出群体均值6.39%、19.54%和42.30%,入选家系的平均材积现实增益和遗传增益达到42.28%和14.80%。【结论】红松家系生长性状存在着丰富的变异,通过综合分析和评价筛选出的优良家系可为红松的良种选育(审/认定)、种子园的升级改造和推广造林等提供理论和材料基础,极大地推进红松的良种化进程。【Objective】In order to observe the growth characteristics of half-sib progeny of superior trees of Pinus koraiensis,analyze the variation of growth of Pinus koraiensis families,and to provide reference for the selection of superior families.【Method】The 38-year-old half-sib progeny families of Pinus koraiensis trees at the same afforestation site were selected as the research objects.By observing and analyzing tree height,DBH and individual tree volume,the character variation characteristics of Pinus koraiensis families were analyzed,and the genetic parameters and breeding values were estimated to screen out the superior families.【Result】There were significant and extremely significant differences in the growth traits between families and between groups,and there was abundant variation in the growth traits between families.The phenotypic coefficient of variation of each trait ranged from 6.66% to 29.80%,and the genetic coefficient of variation ranged from 1.60% to 11.95%,and the two types of coefficient of variation were highest in the volume of single plant.The variation range of family heritability and single plant heritability was 0.29-0.46 and 0.07-0.34,respectively.The single plant volume had relatively high coefficient of genetic variation and was subject to high genetic control.The phenotypic positive correlation and genetic positive correlation were very significant among the growth traits of the families,and the phenotypic correlation coefficient of DBH and tree volume was the highest (0.98).The best linear unbiased estimation (BLUP) method was used to order the breeding values,and 22 superior families were selected.The average tree height,DBH and tree volume were 11.15 m,23.74 cm and 0.273 5 m^(3),respectively,and the average tree height,DBH and tree volume were 11.15 m,23.74 cm and 0.273 5 m^(3),respectively.They were 6.39%,19.54% and 42.30% higher than the population mean,respectively.The average practical and genetic gain of the selected families reached 42.28%and 14.80%.【Conclusion】Th
