摘 要:以某市政道路改造工程作为实例,深入探讨水泥混凝土路缘石铺设的质量问题。通过对前期搜集的工程数据展开统化处理和预设研究分析,形成路缘石三维控制模型,对路缘石进行详细模拟。通过对吸水率、抗折强度以及抗压强度等性能子系统的细致考察,甄别并提取那些对地面铺设工程质量具有决定性作用的可靠性指标;本项研究致力于构建一个包含三维控制的模型,以评估路缘石铺设的质量,该模型运用模糊评价矩阵对铺设质量的各项指标参数进行计算和筛选,最终将研究区域划分成合格与不合格两个类别。针对不符合标准的地区进行深入分析的基础上,采取一系列涵盖未控制模型、缠绕控制模型、精密数字化控制模型以及三维控制模型的多元控制策略,确保路缘石铺设工程的质量得到显著提高。进一步对路缘石的物理性能进行系统性的评测。依据研究成果,经过对三维控制模型进行细致的调整与优化管理,成功地将路缘石的吸水率降低至5.5%。该材料在抗压与抗折方面的性能表现突出,分别可达到30及8 MPa的强度水平,同时实现了极低的吸水率,这些特性确保路缘石的铺设质量创优。This study selected a municipal road renovation project as an example to explore in depth the quality issues of cement concrete curb paving.By conducting unified processing and preset research analysis on the engineering data collected in the early stage,a three-dimensional control model of the curbstone is formed to simulate the curbstone in detail.During this process,focus on three core performance indicators:water absorption,flexural strength,and compressive strength.By carefully examining these performance subsystems,identify and extract reliability indicators that have a decisive impact on the quality of ground laying projects;This study aims to construct a three-dimensional control model to evaluate the quality of curbstone paving.The model uses a fuzzy evaluation matrix to calculate and screen various indicators of paving quality parameters,and ultimately divides the research area into two categories:qualified and unqualified.On the basis of in-depth analysis of areas that do not meet the standards,a series of multivariate control strategies covering uncontrolled models,winding control models,precision digital control models,and three-dimensional control models were adopted to ensure a significant improvement in the quality of curbstone laying projects.Furthermore,a systematic evaluation was conducted on the physical properties of curbstones,such as water absorption,flexural strength,and compressive strength.Based on the research results,after careful adjustment and optimization management of the three-dimensional control model,the water absorption rate of the curbstone was successfully reduced to 5.5%.This material exhibits outstanding performance in terms of compressive and flexural strength,reaching strength levels of 30 and 8 MPa respectively,while achieving extremely low water absorption.These characteristics ensure excellent laying quality of curbstones.
