高铁隧道衬砌水泥基渗透结晶防水材料优化分析

摘  要:衬砌混凝土开裂现象是导致隧道出现渗水的主要要素之一,严重影响隧道质量。为防止隧道出现渗漏水,通常采用注浆工艺配合防水板、止水带进行处理,但防水效果欠佳。由于水泥基渗透结晶防水材料施工便捷、工效快、有一定自愈性能、防水效果好、综合成本低,其已成为防水施工领域研究的重点内容之一。本文将制备水泥基渗透结晶型防水剂的无机防水材料TS、无机硅助剂HS、无机防水材料GS以及络合剂ES等主要成分原料通过响应面法分析其掺量以及综合抗渗自愈性能,并借助响应优化器对各混合材料的掺量进行改进。依托渝万铁路巴山村隧道项目,刚柔防水结合,实践证明水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料在衬砌裂缝、施工缝中具有较好的抗渗自愈性能。注浆止水时,对比普通水泥水玻璃双液浆,采用水泥基渗透结晶防水材料的防水成本更低,效果更好。Cracking of lining concrete is one of the main factors leading to water seepage in tunnels,which seriously affects the quality of tunnels.In order to prevent water leakage in the tunnel,the grouting process is usually used with waterproof board and water stop,but the waterproof effect is not good.Due to the convenient construction,fast work efficiency,certain self-healing performance,good waterproof effect and low comprehensive cost of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material,it has become one of the key research contents in the field of waterproof construction.In this paper,the inorganic waterproof material ts,inorganic silicon additive HS,inorganic waterproof material GS and complexing agent ES,which are used to prepare cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof agent,are analyzed by response surface methodology,and their content and comprehensive impermeability self-healing performance are analyzed,and the content of each mixed material is improved with the help of response optimizer.Relying on the Bashan village tunnel project of Chongqing Wanzhou railway,the combination of rigid and flexible waterproofing has proved that the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material has good impermeability and self-healing performance in lining cracks and construction joints.When grouting water stop,compared with ordinary cement water glass double liquid slurry,the waterproof cost of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material is lower and the effect is better.
