摘　　要：为了探究聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)固相聚合的工艺,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了PETG共聚酯在不同预结晶温度下的升温熔融行为,并利用自制固相聚合装置,研究了固相聚合时间对PETG结晶熔融温度的影响。结果表明,随着预结晶温度的升高,DSC中第一个结晶熔融峰的初熔点逐渐升高,共聚酯的抗黏结性能提高。随着固相聚合时间的延长,结晶和固相聚合反应同时进行,结晶熔融温度不断升高,逐渐与升温熔融峰相重合;通过逐步升温的方式,可以避免切片黏结,获得更高黏度的聚酯产品。In order to investigate the process of solid-state polymerization of polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol ester(PETG),the elevated melting behaviors of PETG co-polyester at different pre-crystallization temperatures were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The effect of the polymerization time on the PETG crystallization and melting temperature was also investigated using a homemade solid-state polymerization device.The experimental results showed that the initial melting point of the first crystallization and melting peak of the DSC gradually increased with the pre-crystallization temperature,and the co-polyester s anti-adhesive property increased.With the extension of solid-state polymerization time,the crystallization and solid-state polymerization reactions are carried out at the same time,and the crystallization melting temperature is increasing,which gradually coincides with the melting peak of the elevated temperature.By gradually increasing the temperature,it is possible to avoid chip bonding and obtain a higher viscosity polyester product.
