摘  要:为优化1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)分离过程的精馏设备及工艺条件,采用Aspen软件对1,4-环己烷二甲醇装置的精馏板块进行工艺流程及设备结构的模拟计算。对各精馏塔的塔板数、操作温度、操作压力、回流比等进行计算分析,确定了各精馏塔塔板数及进料位置,优化了各精馏塔的操作工艺,甲醇纯度可达到99.90%以上,CHDM精制产品纯度为99.94%。将模拟结果应用于实际CHDM粗产品精馏工艺中,参照三塔精馏模型进行CHDM粗产品精馏,实际试验结果与模拟结果相吻合,该三塔精馏系统分离效果好,操作稳定,灵活生产的CHDM产品纯度高。The process flow and equipment structure of the distillation plate in the CHDM unit were simulated using Aspen software in order to examine the distillation apparatus and conditions for the 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM)separation process.In order to ascertain the number of plates and feed position of each distillation column and to optimize the operating process of each distillation column,calculations and analyses were performed on the number of distillation plates,operating temperature,operating pressure,reflux ratio,and product quality of each distillation column.As a result,the CHDM refined product had a methanol purity of over 99.90%,and a purity of over 99.94%.The three-column distillation model was used to determine the type of equipment,the distillation procedure,and the operating procedure when the simulation results were applied to the real distillation process of CHDM crude products.The three-column distillation system has good separation effects,reliable operation,and the flexibility to manufacture high-purity CHDM products,as demonstrated by the actual experimental results matching the simulation results.
