新四军红色基因融入党员党性教育的路径探析

摘　　要：新四军的光辉历史和红色基因是盐城的宝贵财富,蕴含的鲜活教材和科学内涵是加强党员党性教育的生动教材,概括体现为跟党举旗的坚定信念、至诚报国的爱国情怀、人民至上的政治立场、坚忍不拔的英勇作风和执纪严明的底线自觉。基于新四军红色基因融入党性教育的现状分析,应进一步从教育内核凝练、传承方式创新、应用机制优化三方面来注入党性教育新活力、提高党性教育实效性、打造党性教育新格局,实现新四军红色基因与党性教育的有效融合,对提升新时代党员党性教育质效具有重要价值。The glorious history and revolutionary heritage of the New Fourth Army represent valuable assets of Yancheng,providing vivid educational materials and rich ideological content for strengthening Party members' political consciousness.This heritage encompasses firm political conviction,patriotic dedication to serving the country,people-first stance,indomitable spirit,and strict disciplinary consciousness.Based on an analysis of current integration efforts,this paper proposes three approaches to enhance Party spirit education:refining educational content,innovating transmission methods,and optimizing implementation mechanisms.This integration aims to revitalize Party spirit education and improve its effectiveness,offering significant value for enhancing Party member education in the new era.
