摘　　要：“九一八”事变后,随着民族危机不断加深,赈灾募捐被赋予了新意义。因社会背景嬗变,甘肃赈灾募捐在组织结构、宣传动员方面也不断嬗变,从而使赈灾募捐在“七七”事变后实现了更广泛的民众动员,甘肃民众的国家认同也不断增强,进而使捐款数额进一步提高,有力地支援了前线灾区赈济,激发了甘肃民众进一步参与抗日救亡活动。Following the September 18th Incident,as the national crisis intensified,disaster relief fundraising acquired a new significance.Amidst the evolving social backdrop,disaster relief fundraising in Gansu province also underwent continuous transformation in terms of organizational structure and mobilization which resulted in a broader popular mobilization of disaster relief fundraising after the July 7th Incident.The national identity of the people of Gansu continued to strengthen,leading to a further increase in donation amounts.This effectively supported relief efforts in the frontline disaster zones and inspired the people of Gansu to further engage in the salvation activities in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.
