要素视角下新质生产力赋能生态产业发展研究

摘　　要：要素视角下,宿迁市生态产业存在要素配置失衡、要素质效不高、与数据要素融合不深的现实困境。因此,基于要素视角提出新质生产力赋能生态产业发展的提升路径,即优化生态产业各要素组合配置,以新质生产力进一步赋能其科学化发展;推动生态产业各要素进阶升级,以新质生产力进一步赋能其高效化发展;发挥生态产业数据要素正向作用,以新质生产力进一步赋能其智能化发展。From the perspective of productive factors,the ecological industries in Suqian are faced with practical difficulties,such as imbalanced allocation of factors,low factor efficiency,and insufficient integration with data factors.Therefore,this article proposes improvement paths for empowering the development of ecological industries with new quality productivity from the perspective of factors,namely optimizing the combination and allocation of various factors in the ecological industry to further empower its scientific development with new quality productivity,promoting the advanced upgrading of various factors of the ecological industry to further empower its efficient development with new quality productivity,and giving full play to the positive role of ecological industry data factors and further empower their intelligent development with new quality productivity.
