摘  要:随着氢气业务的不断拓展及营运占比持续增加,氢气计量、交接标准制定的滞后性对应用管束车运输压缩氢气业务带来一定影响愈发明显。经过统计氢气管束车在A地区计量、交接差异情况,应用大数据统计技术,引进大数据核密度估计分析,建立独立变量线性回归模型对不同计量方法在可接收风险α=0.05的情况下,进行计量结果预测,对A地区氢气计量交接模式交接差量、交接差率进行合理估计,表征了合理的交接允差、交接允差率,进一步推进了氢气业务运行的顺利开展,减少计量、交接差量引起的纠纷。With the continuous business expansion and the continuous increase of operation proportion of hydrogen,the lag of hydrogen measurement and handover standard formulation has an increasingly obvious impact on the application of tube trailer to transport compressed hydrogen.Based on the statistics of the measurement and handover differences of the hydrogen tube trailer in Area A,using the big data statistics technology,and introducing the big data Kernel density estimation analysis,the independent variable linear regression model is established to predict the measurement results of different measurement methods under the condition of the acceptable riskα=0.05.The reasonable estimation of the hydrogen handover tolerance and the handover tolerance rate in Area A is made,and the reasonable handover tolerance and the handover tolerance rate are characterized,which can further promote the smooth operation of the hydrogen business and reduces the disputes caused by the measurement and the handover tolerance.
