摘　　要：随着国内危化品水路运输越来越普遍,水路运输的安全监管成为关注焦点。在目前我国法律法规规定的托运人义务和责任的基础上,结合实际分析了托运人在危化品水路运输存在的管理风险、运输难点及注意事项,提出了风险控制管理和应对措施,通过发挥托运人在危化品水路运输中的积极作用,杜绝和减少危化品水路运输事故。With the increasing prevalence of hazardous chemical waterway transportation in China,safety supervision of waterway transportation has become a focus of attention.Based on the obligations and responsibilities of shippers stipulated by current laws and regulations in China,the management risks,transportation difficulties,and precautions of shippers in hazardous chemical waterway transportation in combination with practical situations are analyzed.Risk control management and response measures are proposed to prevent and reduce acidents in hazardous chemical waterway transportation by leveraging the active role of shippers.
