摘  要:新工科背景下,社会产业对创新工程人才的需求急速攀升。随着“绿色化工”“智能化工”的兴起,地方本科高校化工类专业人才培养普遍存在人才培养目标科学性不够、课程体系设置不够全面、教师工程实践经验不足、实践教学环节薄弱、人才质量保障体系不够健全的现实困境。推动地方高校化工类专业人才培养建设和发展,需要明确与产业需求相统一的人才培养目标,构建解决复杂工程问题的大化工课程体系,建设具备丰富工程实践经验的“双师型”教师队伍,搭建能够提高学生动手能力的实践教学体系,完善化工人才培养保障体系。Under the background of new engineering disciplines,the demand for innovative engineering talents in social industries is rapidly increasing.With the rise of“green chemistry”and“intelligent chemistry”,there are practical problems in the training of chemical engineering professionals in local universities,such as insufficient scientificity of talent training objectives,incomplete curriculum system,weak engineering and practical teaching experience of teachers,and inadequate quality assurance system for talents.To promote the construction and development of chemical engineering professionals in local universities,we should clarify talent training objectives that are consistent with industry demand to establish a large-scale chemical engineering curriculum system that solves complex engineering problems,build a“double-qualified”teaching team with rich engineering practical experience,establish a practical teaching system that can improve students’hands-on ability to improve the guarantee system for chemical engineering talent training.
