松软煤层超大直径钻孔瓦斯高效抽采技术研究

摘  要:钻孔抽采瓦斯工艺已广泛应用于煤矿瓦斯灾害防治中,但是在煤质松软、渗透性差、瓦斯含量高、压力大等特点的松软突出煤层中,效果并不理想。为了提高松软煤层气抽采效率,实现突出煤层快速消突,通过利用大孔径钻孔的钻具及工艺进行了在松软突出煤层中瓦斯抽采钻孔的施工及效果考察,以汾西中兴煤业3205工作面为背景,在煤层中施工了25个直径Φ300 mm的试验钻孔和3组共计60个其他孔径的对比钻孔,通过现场抽采效果的考察,大孔径试验钻孔的单孔平均累计抽采量分别为其他3组对比钻孔的22.33倍、8.68倍、4.40倍,在煤层中抽采效果较好,能高效地解决松软煤层抽采率低的行业难题。The drlling and gas extraction technology has been widely used in the prevention and control of coal mine gas disasters,but the effect is not ideal in soft and protruding coal seams with characteristics such as soft coal quality,poor permeability,high gas content,and high pressure.In order to improve the efficiency of gas extraction from soft coal seams and achieve rapid elimination of outburst coal seams.Construction and effect investigation of gas extraction boreholes were conducted in soft outburst coal seams using large-diameter drilling tools and processes.Taking the 3205 working face of Zhongxing Coal Industry in Fenxi as the background,25 experimental boreholes with a diameter of Q 300 mm were constructed in the coal seam,and a total of 60 comparative boreholes with other diameters were constructed in three groups.Through on-site investigation of the extraction effect,the average cumulative extraction volume of a single hole in the large-diameter experimental borehole was about 22.33 times,8.68 times,and 4.40 times that of the other three comparative boreholes.The extraction effect in the coal seam was good,and it could efficiently solve the industry problem of low extraction rate in soft coal seams.
