摘  要:为研究不同因素下掘锚一体机截盘破岩性能并进行结构优化,利用离散元EDEM软件建立截盘破岩模型,分别对3种不同结构截盘进行仿真模拟,得到截盘三向载荷和波动系数,从而对截盘截割性能进行评价,研究截盘结构对截割性能的影响。研究表明:在垂直自上而下和水平推进两种截割方式下,3种截盘的截割载荷特性相似,齿型截盘的载荷更小,证明齿型截齿的破岩能力良好;在垂直自上而下和水平推进两种截割方式下,3种截盘的载荷波动系数特性相似,且盘型截盘的载荷波动系数更小,说明盘型截盘对截割部产生振动较小;在评价截盘截割性能时,应优先考虑截割载荷,其次是载荷波动系数。研究结果表明:齿型截盘破岩能力更优,通过截盘结构优化可进一步降低岩脊对整机的影响。此研究可为井下实际开采工艺和掘锚一体机截盘设计提供一定的参考依据。To study the rock breaking performance of the integrated excavator and anchor under different factors and optimize the structure,a rock breaking model of the cutting disc was established using discrete element EDEM software.Three different structures of cutting discs were simulated to obtain the three-dimensional load and fluctuation coefficient of the cutting disc,in order to evaluate the cutting performance of the cutting disc and study the influence of the cutting disc structure on the cutting performance.Research has shown that under the two cutting methods of vertical top-down and horizontal propulsion,the cutting load characteristics of the three types of cutters are similar,and the load of the toothed cutter is smaller,proving that the toothed cutter has good rock breaking ability.Under the two cutting methods of vertical top-down and horizontal advancement,the load fluctuation coefficient characteristics of the three cutting discs are similar,and the load fluctuation coefficient of the disc-shaped cutting disc is smaller,indicating that the disc-shaped cutting disc produces less vibration on the cutting part.When evaluating the cutting performance of the disc,the cutting load should be given priority,followed by the load fluctuation coefficient.The research results showed that the tooth shaped cutting disc had better rock breaking ability,and the optimization of the cutting disc structure could further reduce the impact of rock ridges on the whole machine.This study can provide a certain reference basis for the actual mining process underground and the design of cutting discs for integrated mining and anchoring machines.
