摘　　要：为解决矿用先导阀阀座生产装配过程中多种工艺路线混线柔性生产的问题,开展相关工艺过程研究,设计了一套柔性自动装配方法,并依据此工艺方法需要研制了一台全自动装配装备,实现了3种工艺路线混线生产,生产过程无需人工干预,工艺路径切换无需停机及更换夹具。通过现场实际运行效果证明,该工艺方法及自动化装备,提升了产品生产效率,节省了操作人员1名,并为先导阀整体柔性自动化生产提供了基础。To solve the problem of flexible production of multiple process routes mixed in the production and assembly process of mining pilot valve seats,relevant process research was carried out,and a set of flexible automatic assembly methods was designed.Based on this process method,a fully automatic assembly equipment was developed to achieve mixed production of three process routes.The production process does not require manual intervention,and the process path switching does not require downtime or fixture replacement.Through actual on-site operation,it has been proven that this process method and automation equipment have improved product production efficiency,saved one operator,and provided a foundation for the overall flexible automation production of pilot valves.
