摘  要:为提高某立井煤矿辅助运输系统运输效率,通过对某煤矿副立井提升系统、井巷条件、辅助运输系统、生产运量及生产设备情况进行实地调研,统计了该矿目前有轨辅运系统的相关运行数据,分析得出了其辅运系统运力与矿井生产的运量的矛盾。基于该矿现有条件,在未大量改变当前井巷条件的基础上提出了有轨无轨混合运输方案,并结合无轨辅助运输工艺进行了装备选型。经实践验证表明,该有轨无轨混合运输系统同比原系统综合运输效率提高40%,投入的生产人员同比降低30%,生产安全性显著提升,为同类立井煤矿的辅助运输系统设计及技改升级提供了参考。In order to improve the transportation efficiency of the auxiliary transportation system in a certain shaft coal mine,field research was conducted on the auxiliary shaft lifting system,roadway conditions,auxiliary transportation system,production capacity,and production equipment of the mine.The relevant operating data of the current track auxiliary transportation system in the mine were statistically analyzed,and the contradiction between the transportation capacity of the auxiliary transportation system and the production capacity of the mine was identified.Based on the existing conditions of the mine,a trackless mixed transportation scheme was proposed without significantly changing the current mine conditions,and equipment selection was carried out in combination with the trackless auxiliary transportation technology.Through practical verification,it showed that the track and trackless hybrid transportation system could increase the comprehensive transportation efficiency by 40%compared to the original system,reduce the number of production personnel by 30%compared to the same period last year,and significantly improve production safety.This provides a reference for the design and technological upgrading of auxiliary transportation systems in similar vertical coal mines.
