摘　　要：为了解决黄陵矿业公司所属矿井在巷道掘进过程存在用工人数多、作业强度大、工作环境差的问题,运用将工艺、装备和应用作为一个系统闭环进行研究的方法,开发了能够与黄陵矿区特殊煤矿条件相适应的低比压型掘锚一体机,介绍了它的总体结构、技术特点和在二号煤矿的工业性试验情况。试验表明,低比压型掘锚一体机实现了特殊巷道条件下的矩形断面一次掘进成型,掘支锚运平行作业,提高了掘进效率和生产效率,为煤炭行业生产方式转变提供了重要科技支撑。为我国其他复杂地质条件下的掘锚装备开发与研究开辟了新路径。In order to solve the problems of a large number of workers,high work intensity,and poor working environment in the tunnel excavation process of Huangling Mining Company's mine,a low pressure type excavation and anchoring integrated machine that can adapt to the special coal mine conditions in Huangling mining area was developed by using the method of studying the process,equipment,and application as a closed-loop system.Its overall structure,technical characteristics,and industrial test results in No.2 coal mine were introduced.Experiments have shown that the low specific pressure type integrated mining and anchoring machine has achieved one-time excavation and shaping of rectangular sections under special tunnel conditions,parallel operation of mining support and anchoring,improved excavation efficiency and production efficiency,and provided important technological support for the transformation of production methods in the coal industry.This has opened up a new path for the development and research of anchoring equipment under other complex geological conditions in China.
