摘 要:为给水基凝结核粒子计数器(water-based condensation particle counter,WCPC)的研制提供数据支撑,提出一种五段式水基生长管计算域结构,其由预调腔、生长腔、缓调腔、2段隔热腔等部分组成。使用Ansys FLUENT仿真软件建立模型,通过控制变量,得到在水基生长管内与粒子生长相关的重要流场参数。与其他结构水基生长管内部流场数值进行比较,证明五段式水基生长管在营造良好粒子生长环境上的优越性。To provide data support for the development of water-based condensation particle counters(WCPC),a five-stage water-based growth tube computational domain structure is proposed,which consists of a condition chamber,a growth chamber,a moderation chamber,and two insulation chambers.Using Ansys FLUENT simulation software to establish model,important flow field parameters related to particle growth in a water-based growth tube by controlling variables are obtained.Compared with the internal flow field values of other water-based growth tubes,it is demonstrated that the five-stage water-based growth tube has superiority in creating a favorable particle growth environment.
