摘  要:基于RANS算法和水-气双流模型,对某车型的整车机舱模型进行热平衡仿真,得到机舱冷却液温度和机舱流场分布,并对其热平衡性能进行预测。整车热平衡热害试验对比可知试验值与仿真结果误差<6%,验证仿真模拟的准确性。为解决整车冷却液温度及机舱温度过高的问题,提出增加散热器下导流板的优化方案,优化方案可以使冷却液温度下降8.90℃。热平衡分析方法可以有效预测整车冷却系统能力及整车热平衡性能,为整车冷却系统改进提供参考。A thermal balance simulation of the engine compartment model of vehicle is conducted based on the RANS algorithm and water-air dual-flow model.The coolant temperature and flow field distribution within the engine compartment are obtained,and the thermal balance performance is predicted.Comparison through the thermal balance and heat damage test show that the error between the test and simulation is less than 6%,and the reliability of the simulation results is verified.To solve the problem of high coolant temperature and engine compartment temperature of vehicle,an optimization solution of adding a wind deflector to the radiator is proposed,the optimization solution can reduce the coolant temperature by 8.90℃.The method of thermal balance analysis can effectively predict the cooling system capacity and thermal balance performance of vehicle,which can provide reference for improvement of the vehicle cooling system.
