摘　　要：为构建涵盖经济发展、城市建设、社会保障和生态建设4个方面的淮河生态经济带高质量发展评价体系,运用熵权法综合测度高质量发展指数,并解析2005—2020年淮河生态经济带高质量发展的时空格局和空间效应.结果表明:2005—2020年,淮河生态经济带高质量发展水平稳步提升,各维度趋于均衡发展,但高质量发展的空间极化现象显现.高质量发展指数和经济发展以及城市建设系统均呈“东西高、中间低”的空间发展格局,空间集聚特征显著.2005—2020年淮河生态经济带高质量发展的空间效应趋强,且与生态建设、经济发展和城市建设之间存在显著正相关,在流域东南部呈现较为稳定的空间锁定特征.空间效应是淮河生态经济带高质量发展的重要部分,要科学认知空间锁定特征,加强邻域合作交流,充分发挥空间集聚效应,探索高质量发展的区域联动模式.In order to establish an evaluation system for the high-quality development of Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt which covered the four aspects of economic development,urban construction,social security and ecological construction,this paper used entropy weight method to comprehensively measure the high-quality development index,and analyzed the spatiotemporal pattern and spatial effect of the high-quality development of Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt from 2005 to 2020.The results showed that:the high-quality development of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt had been steadily improved with all dimensions tending to develop evenly,while the phenomenon of spatial polarization of high-quality development appeared;the high-quality development index and economic development and urban construction systems all showed a spatial development pattern of"high in the east and west,low in the middle"with significant spatial agglomeration characteristics;the spatial effect of high-quality development of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt from 2005 to 2020 was increasingly strong and had significant positive correlations with ecological construction,economic development and urban construction,showing a relatively stable spatial lock-in characteristic in the southeast area of the basin.The spatial effect was an important part of the high-quality development of the Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt.It is necessary to scientifically understand the spatial lock-in characteristic and strengthen the cooperation and exchanges with neighboring areas to give full play to the spatial agglomeration effect and explore the regional linkage model of high-quality development.
