江淮生态经济区生态-经济-社会耦合协调发展的时空演化及驱动机制

摘　　要：推动生态-经济-社会协调发展是江淮生态经济区战略实施的内在需求.通过构建综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型、地理探测器方法,探究2010—2022年江淮生态经济区生态-经济-社会协调发展的时空变化特征及驱动机制.研究表明:2010—2022年,江淮生态经济区生态-经济-社会综合评价均值增加1倍多.生态子系统增幅较低且日趋收敛,经济和社会子系统增幅较大且呈波动上升态势.生态-经济-社会发展的空间分异显著:生态发展呈以洪泽区为分割点的“工”字型分布态势,经济发展由全域低值渐次迈向东高西低的分布模式,社会发展则呈南高北低的分布态势.生态-经济-社会耦合协调度均值增加较大,区域整体由勉强协调迈入中级协调层级.耦合协调水平空间差异显著,呈南高北低、东高西低格局.耦合协调发展格局是地区经济结构效益、新型城镇化建设、生态环境治理共同作用的结果,经济社会发展与其他因子共同作用明显提升了耦合协调度.实施生态优先绿色发展、因地制宜差异化发展、统筹机制协调发展,可促进该区域绿色高质量发展.Promoting the coordinated development of ecology,economy,and society is an inherent requirement for implementing Jianghuai Ecological Economic Zone strategy.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed,and the coupling coordination models and geographic detectors were employed to examine the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and driving mechanisms of ecological-economic-social coordinated development in Jianghuai Ecological Economic Zone from 2010 to 2022.The results reveal that from 2010 to 2022,the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological-economic-social development in the zone more than doubled.The ecological subsystem exhibits relatively slow growth,gradually stabilizing,while the economic and social subsystems demonstrate faster growth with fluctuating upward trends.Significant spatial differentiation is observed:ecological development displays an"I-shaped"distribution pattern centered on Hongze District,economic development transitions from"low values across the region"to"high in the east and low in the west",and social development shows a"high in the south and low in the north"pattern.The average coupling coordination degree increases,shifting the region from a narrow coordination stage to an intermediate coordination stage,with a spatial distribution characterized by"high in the south and low in the north,high in the east and low in the west".The coordinated coupling development pattern emerges from the interaction of factors such as regional economic structure and benefits,new urbanization construction,and ecological environment governance.The interplay between economic and social development,among other factors,significantly enhances the coupling coordination degree.To promote green and high-quality development in the region,strategies such as ecology-first green development,localized differentiated development,and coordinated development through integrated planning mechanisms are recommended.
